Position: Technician Trainee

Requirements

Diploma/Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
Good knowledge of Internet and TCP/IP
Knowledge in Windows, Unix, Redhat and FreeBSD server
Good customer handling and communication skills
Fluent in Cantonese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
Shift duty is required

Duties

To perform the installation & maintenance services on Linux, Unix and Windows Server
To work in non-office hours including mid-night as according to current situation
To help customer solve technical problem
